CITIES HAVE NO NAME FOR ME

'Cities Have No Name For Me' is a self-published photobook about man and nature and the constant battle between the two in the spaces that they simultaneously occupy.

Through comparing and juxtaposing images of brutalist architecture with scans of flowers, leaves and other pieces of nature, the artist aims to highlight these two seemingly polarised themes and unite them in the same space. Drawing attention to the harsh concrete monoliths and delicate forms of nature occupying the same space, the artist wishes to question whether these two aspects can coexist, and if so, for how long.
